Nicola Tuxworth
After a varied career in teaching, publishing and writing, Nicola joined the Cheltenham Festivals team in 2006. For the last 13 years Nicola has been Head of Programming for the Literature Festival, which celebrated its 75th anniversary in 2024. In addition to overall content, she is responsible for the artistic and strategic direction of the programme. Nicola works with a team of five to deliver the 10-day programme, covering everything from fiction to global affairs, art, psychology, food, nature and history.
