Diana Mickevičienė

Diana Mickevičienė is the Ambassador of the Republic of Lithuania to the Republic of India. She is a career diplomat with 28 years of experience in Lithuania‘s diplomatic service, having served as the Counsellor at the Permanent Representation of Lithuania at the Council of Europe, Strasbourg, and the Minister Counsellor (Deputy Head of Mission) at Lithuania‘s Embassy in India. In 2011 she published her first book, a combination of the diary of her studies in India, her social observations and her academic knowledge in Indian studies. She has also published a number of academic articles in Indian studies.
