Jacob Varughese

A Computer Engineer by profession, Jacob Varghese is at the helm of the DC Books operations in the Middle East. He works closely with Sharjah International Book Fair as a consultant on various fronts, including writer and speaker management, and event coordination. During his 15 years long association, SIBF has become one of the largest book fairs in the world, hosting speakers like Orhan Pamuk, Arundhati Roy, Deepak Chopra, Jay Shetty, Robin Sharma and Shehan Karunatilaka, among others. Varghese currently heads the IT Infrastructure division of a multinational company in Dubai.
