Michèle Albaret-Maatsch has translated numerous authors, including John Banville, Margaret Atwood, James Baldwin, John Updike, Armistead Maupin, Dinaw Mengestu and Deepti Kapoor.
In 2016, she received the literary prize of the Francophony’s Ambassadors for her French translation of John Banville’s Ancient Light.
