Gunjan Ahlawat
Gunjan Ahlawat has a Master’s Degree in Graphic Design from The Glasgow School of Art, UK. Trained at Lars Mullers Switzerland and Faber & Faber, UK, Ahlawat has a varied and interesting work experience in publishing. He has worked on different design assignments with Penguin Random House, Faber & Faber, Hachette, Little Brown, Hodder and Quercus. His overlapping interests in art and literature not only made him pursue a career in publishing but also informs his keen interest in visual authorial interventions and curatorship. Along with cover design, he enjoys illustrating books in watercolour. Words from the Hills by Ruskin Bond is his latest work. He currently heads the Design department at Penguin Random House, India.
