David Campbell
David Campbell has worked at Editions Gallimard, founded Editions Scala, Paris, and chaired Scala Publishers in London. He bought & revived Everyman’s Library in 1991 and was Publisher, Everyman’s Library from 1991. He is now part of the Knopf Doubleday Group. He was awarded the Chevalier de la Legion d’Honneur in 2007.
