Teji Grover is an eminent Hindi poet, fiction writer, translator, and painter. She has published five collections of poetry, a novel, a collection of short stories, a collection of essays, and has translated thirteen books of mostly contemporary Norwegian, Swedish, Latvian and French literature into Hindi. She has received several awards and fellowships, and been part of residencies, both home and abroad, and her poetry, fiction, and essays have been translated into several Indian and foreign languages. Her novel Neela has been translated into Polish, Punjabi and English. She also paints with her own repertoire of natural colors and has had several solo and group shows of her paintings.
