Emmanuel Delloye spent his professional career at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs with assignments in Afghanistan, Nicaragua, Tunisia, the United States and Ireland. For more than 20 years, he has been working with the book festival Etonnants Voyageurs (Amazing Travellers), based in Saint Malo, France. It is linked with the ZEE Jaipur Literature Festival through the Word Alliance, which brings together eight of the world’s leading literature festivals for a strategic international partnership. Also a writer, Delloye is the author of Bazaars of Kabul.
