Elin Haf Gruffydd Jones

Elin Haf Gruffydd Jones is Professor at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David with responsibility for international collaborative projects in the field of multilingualism and cultural and creative sectors. She has three decades’ experience working in this field and is an expert on less widely spoken and minority languages of Europe. She was appointed member of the Council of Europe Expert Group on Media for the European Charter for Regional or Minority Languages in 2017 and is a member of several Boards in the field of multilingualism and the cultural and creative sector. She chairs the board of Arad Goch, the Welsh theatre company for young audiences, and sits on the board of the Eisteddfod national festival of Welsh-language culture.
