Adrienne Clarkson

The Right Honourable Adrienne Clarkson was Governor General of Canada for 6 years from 1999-2005. She had an illustrious career in broadcast journalism with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation and the public service as the Chair of the Canadian Museum of Civilization and as Agent General for Ontario in France. Her many books include her autobiography Heart Matters and the biography of Dr. Norman Bethune.
